Beyond Level 3

B3 is a coach-centric mentoring & Coach development programme. There is no accreditation, this is about you and your coaching and is aimed at those whose appetites have been whetted by the work undertaken during the RFU Level III qualification & who would now like to extend that learning.

The programme includes the following elements, with the opportunity to roll-on from year to year:

Introductory group meeting

more of a social gathering to introduce the group to one and other. This will be scheduled around a match, in October, November or December.

One-to-one meetings

Individual sessions with Tony Robinson to discuss the issues, challenges & opportunities that you want to examine. Where relevant we will employ any number of appropriate mentoring tools to assist with and compliment your own learning biases. After our initial meeting we will plan the course of action that you would like to take during the programme.

Observed sessions with feedback

Three observed sessions with feedback(subject matter & environment to be decided by the mentee – whatever you require).

Coaching workshops

Five workshops spread over 6 months, approximately 3 hours in length with high quality guest presenters.
